Prevent file download
- When a file contains sensitive data or personal data concerns, the system can be configured in the backend to prevent users from downloading the file
Sensitive data risk release
- Pending sensitive data for release by group members can be queried, with options for single or batch release
Risk reviewers and releasers
- Risk release approvers can be assigned, allowing unit managers to access OmniStor Manager for risk review and release
Report generation
- Reports can be generated according to permissions, including “sensitive data file release report” and “sensitive data file list report”
Group authorization management
